Buckskin Beaded DreamcatcherThis is beautiful!
This medicine wheel features a great collection of hand made artifacts. Made by Navajo Indian artist Curtis Bitsui. This set features a medicine wheel, two crossed arrows, and a dreamcatcher. The genuine buckskin leather gives these artifacts added natural character. The arrows have genuine bone tips and black feathers. Trade beads, a concho, and painted designs give this set extra detail. The diameter of the medicine wheel and dreamcatcher is 4-1/4". The arrows are each 32" long. Due to the hand made nature of this item dimensions and designs may vary slightly. You will be receiving one from our stock of genuine Navajo medicine wheel and arrow sets. Originally the Dream Catcher was hung by the window or at the head of your bed. The bad dreams get caught in the web and the good dreams work their way through the hole in the center, rest on the feather like a dew drop, and evaporate to the Great Spirit in the morning sun. The prayer beads on the Dream Catcher trap all the bad dreams that are left on the web. The prayer beads burn them up. There are many variations to the story of the Dream Catcher with different tribes.
