RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS 

I know you will have confidence in ordering from Windsong4you.com.  For any reason you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return them for a refund within 30 days of receiving the product less shipping and handling costs and a 25% re-stocking fee of the products purchased.  In the event that you need to return a product, please contact Windsong4you.com by email at support@windsong4you.com for return instructions prior to returning the item(s).  Items must be returned in their original/undamaged packaging.  The product must be un-used and un-damaged.  Please indicate in the email the reason for wanting to return the item; your email address; your postal address; item number; and, a telephone number where you can be reached.  A refund will be credited back to your credit card / PayPal account minus any shipping, handling and re-stocking charges.

In the case of a damaged item, please email us at support@windsong4you.com. With the information requested above.  The item must be returned.  After examination Windsong4you.com will make a determination if the item is to be replaced or the cost of the item is to be refunded to your credit card / PayPal account.

2-Day SHIPPING 

When requesting 2-Day shipping, understand that will take 48 hours of processing and 2 days for shipping.  This means that it may take up to 4 days to receive your purchase.  Two-day shipping will supersede all shipping discounts and other shipping requirements and offers.  Marantette Enterprises, LLC and/or www.windsong4you.com cannot be liable for delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Marantette Enterprises, LLC and/or www.windsong4you.com.  Rush shipping is only good within the 48 United States.  It does not include Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

WARRANTIES

All items are warranted directly by the manufacturers.  No other warranty, either expressed or implied, is offered by Marantette Enterprises, LLC.  or Windsong4you.com.  Marantette Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of any of our products.  Items, which are reported defective within 20 days of receipt, will be replaced or a refund will be issued. If a refund is issued, it will be less all shipping and handling charges.  Claims reported after 20 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the manufacturer or Windsong4you.com.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals before any discounts and from where the merchandise is being shipped.  All charges are subject to change without notice.

Customers will usually receive their orders within 8 - 10 business days.  Some orders could take longer depending on the weight of the items purchased and stock availability.  We make every effort possible to process an order within 24 - 48 hours of receipt.  The manufacturer will determine the carrier that can offer most expeditious and inexpensive means possible.

In-stock items are normally shipped within 3 business days from the time your order is received.

CANADA SHIPPING

Not all items can be shipped to Canada.  We will do our utmost to notify you of these items prior to being purchased.
 

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Guam, or Puerto Rico

Due to the distance from the 48 contiguous states to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Guam, or Puerto Rico, there will be an increase in shipping charges.  This will supersede any discounts, free-shipping offers, or any other reductions in shipping being offered.

 

OUT-OF-STOCK

Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in the warehouse.  It will be at the discretion of www.windsong4you.com  to refund the customer's money or wait for the item to be re-stocked.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you if your items are backordered or discontinued or no longer available.  Because of some of the one-of-a kind items we offer, they may be out-of-stock at the time of ordering.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause for you.

TAXES

Windsong4you does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of California!  If you order within the state of California, you will be charged a  9.25% for sales tax.
