What shipping methods do you use?
We send send all of our wind chimes via. UPS Ground.  All of our wind bells are shipped United States Postal Service, because of the weight of each bell.

What rates are charged for shipping and how long does it take to receive my order?

In most cases, customers on the East coast will receive their orders within approximately 2 weeks from the date the order is received by us.  For shipping destinations closer to the West coast, where we are located, the shipping time will be shorter.  In-stock items are normally shipped within 5 business days from the time your order is received.  If there is a need for rush delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

Standard shipping of wind chimes by UPS within the 48 states is always $13.50 for orders up to $40, and $19 for orders of $40 or more, and that is for unlimited order totals! The more you order, the more you save on shipping!

Because of the weight of the wind bells, they will be shipped using the United States Postal Service.  The cost to ship the bells is only $15.00 per bell.  When you think about it, it is worth its weight.  To see the shipping rate table click here.

What if I receive my wind chimes or wind bells and one of them is broken?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal through our secure merchant gateway system.

Do you charge sales tax?

Unfortunately, customers living in the State of California must be charged 8.25% sales tax.  Deliveries to other states are not taxed.

How do I enter your monthly contest?

We encourage all of our customers and visitors to the site to enter our monthly drawing.  All that is required of the visitor is to fill in your name, e-mail address on the page provided.  If you are a winner, we will notify you by e-mail.  We also encourage you to complete the very short survey to help us better enhance the site for you in the future.

How do I care for my wind chime or bell chime after I have received it?

If the wind chime or wind bell is completely made of metal material and has gotten very dirty, we suggest placing it in a very mild solution of dish washing liquid and water.  It should be hand dried immediately after cleaning it.  If the material is made of soft wood or other porous material, the wind chime should be hand wiped with a cloth where most of the liquid has been wrung out of it.  The liquid should be made up a very mild solution of dish washing liquid and water.  It too should be towel-dried immediately after cleaning it.

What happens when an order can not be filled?
Unfortunately, because of the high demand for many of our products, such stock may no longer be available when the customer wants it.  This is something of which Winddesigns4you.com has no control.  We will make every effort to have the stock replenished, if at all possible.  If it can not be replenished, Winddesigns4you.com will refund all moneies owed to you.  We reserve the right to discontinue a product as we determine it is necessary.
